Laminated paper
Laminated paper is a two-layer material on a paper and polyethylene substrate.
Due to its characteristics, it is excellent for packaging a wide range of food, chemical and medicinal substances.
The polymer coating has a good heat-sealing ability, which makes it possible to widely use such paper to create ecological packaging for food products.
This type of material is used in almost all industrial sectors due to:
- high waterproof properties, depending on the thickness of the polymer used;
- elasticity;
- resistance to heat sealing;
- printability;
- low cost;
- economical use.
Application:
- in fast-food chains: for portioned packaging of sugar, salt, pepper, seasonings and other bulk products, in sticks and sachets;
- in the food industry: for packaging ice cream and frozen products;
- in the pharmaceutical industry: for packaging tablets, powders, adhesive plasters, cotton wool, bandages, medicinal teas, etc.;
- in agro-industry: for seeds and granular fertilizers;
- in the cosmetic industry: for packaging soap and personal care products.
Technical capabilities:
- flexographic printing up to 9 colors;
- minimum batch with printing from 30 kg;
- structure: 50-120 g/m2 (PAP+PE);
- paper substrate: for labels (white glossy and matte); kraft (white and brown);
- material width up to 270 mm;
- development of the original design.
